UAV Communication Link

        The UAV communication link is the core lifeline for flight control command transmission and mission data feedback, widely used in scenarios such as power inspection, surveying and mapping, and emergency rescue. However, in environments like high-voltage power grids, industrial plants, and complex urban areas, the link is highly vulnerable to external electromagnetic interference—including high-voltage corona noise, electromagnetic radiation from industrial equipment, and frequency band superposition interference from multiple devices. These interferences can cause signal interruption, command delay, or data bit errors, and even lead to UAV loss of control and mission failure in severe cases. With core advantages of low equivalent series inductance (ESL ≤ 0.1nH) and high filtering efficiency, feedthrough capacitors have been tailored to build an anti-interference solution featuring node-precise filtering + full-link shielding, serving as the core support for ensuring communication stability.

        The solution focuses on two key interference entry points, namely communication and power supply, to achieve precise adaptation:At the power input terminal, resin-sealed feedthrough capacitors (high-reliability models with 1000V withstand voltage are recommended) are selected for their excellent low-frequency filtering performance. They can efficiently filter out 500kHz–20MHz switching noise generated by DC-DC converters, block the interference transmission path from the power source, and prevent noise from invading the communication module to affect signal transmission and reception.At the signal transmission port, glass-sealed feedthrough capacitors are adopted, with a 360° seamless mounting design on the metal panel to achieve high-frequency isolation between the input and output terminals. They can accurately suppress radiated interference within 1GHz, ensuring the pure transmission of flight control commands, high-definition image transmission and other signals.

        On this basis, the solution is combined with magnetic rings and shielded cables to form a filtering-shielding collaborative protection system, further enhancing anti-interference capability. After application, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the UAV communication link is improved by more than 30dB, and the bit error rate is stably reduced to below 0.1%. The UAV can operate stably for a long time in 110kV and above high-voltage environments as well as complex industrial electromagnetic areas, ensuring precise response of flight control commands and complete feedback of mission data, thus building a solid technical defense line for the safety and efficiency of various UAV operations.
