Ultrasound Diagnostic Instrument

The accurate imaging of ultrasound diagnostic equipment relies on the stable acquisition of weak biological ultrasound signals, yet it is highly susceptible to the complex electromagnetic environment in hospitals. Interferences such as internal circuit noise, external power grid clutter, and radiation from surrounding medical devices can easily cause image artifacts and noise, affecting the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. With core advantages of low equivalent series inductance (ESL ≤ 0.1nH) and high filtering precision, LCA® feedthrough capacitors construct a full-link anti-interference protection system covering “power supply terminal + signal terminal”, serving as a key component to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

At the power supply input terminal, LCA® feedthrough capacitors form a composite filtering circuit with common-mode inductors, which precisely filters out 100kHz~1GHz high-frequency clutter from the power grid with an insertion loss of ≥ 25dB, ensuring the power supply output ripple is ≤ 5mV and blocking the interference transmission path from the source. At the signal transmission terminal of the ultrasound probe, custom-made small-capacitance LCA® feedthrough capacitors (100pF~1nF) can effectively suppress high-frequency coupling interference while minimizing the attenuation of weak echo signals, ensuring the pure transmission of signals.

The product fully complies with strict medical standards: it adapts to the equipment room environment with a wide operating temperature range of -40℃~+85℃; the insulation resistance of ≥ 10¹²Ω and leakage current of ≤ 0.1μA ensure the safety of doctors and patients; the all-metal shell achieves 360° low-impedance grounding (≤ 100mΩ) for thorough interference discharge, helping the equipment quickly meet market access requirements.

After application, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of ultrasound diagnostic equipment images is improved by more than 40%, the recognition rate of small lesions is significantly enhanced, and the continuous trouble-free operation time is extended to more than 180 days, providing reliable imaging support for early screening and accurate diagnosis. LCA®’s customized anti-interference solutions have become the preferred choice of many top ultrasound equipment manufacturers, continuously empowering precision medicine.
